& Barbell Warmup


Death by Power Cleans (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)


With a continuosly running clock perform 1 PC in the first minute, 2 PC in the second minute, 3 PC in the third… and so on, until you cannot perform the number of prescribed power cleans for the given minute.

Post minute completed plus reps into next minute (the one you failed on) for Rds & reps
Those new to or not comfortable with the Olympic Lifts will perform 2:1 Kettlebell Swings in today’s wod.
