3. Please check out the Lost and Found. Our collection has grown to 2 bins and an array of water bottles. A Goodwill donation will be made soon, so be sure to grab your items if you want to keep them.

4. Please continue to be diligent in cleaning everything as well as putting things back where they belong. This includes bars, weights, clamps, boxes, J-hooks, etc. This helps everything move so much more smoothly throughout the day.

Strongfit vs. Burpees (AMRAP – Reps)

Teams of 2:

5 minutes at each station

2 minutes of transition/rest

1) DB Clean over the wall (jerk blocks) 100/75 + Burpee over the wall

Score is reps completed

2) 4 Alternating (2 each) empty Prowler Push down & back on turf + Burpee Broad Jumps down and back on rubber

Prowler is buy in. Score is burpee broad jumps. Down & back = 2 reps

3) 50 Double Kettlebell Swings 44/35 (switch as needed) + Burpees to a 6″ target.

KB Swings are buy in. Score is burpees to a target.

4) AMRAP of Manmakers 35/20

1 Manmaker = Push up, DB row (one arm), DB Row (other arm), Clean, Shoulder Press

Score is reps completed.
