3 Minute Breakfast Cereal

  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut shreds
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 6 tablespoons golden milled flax meal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ground cinnamon & salt; to taste

Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat for about 1 minute until warm.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for 1-2 minutes until soft.

Optional toppings: sliced apple or pears, nut butter, almond milk, paleo granola. Enjoy!
