800m Run

21 Unbroken Strict Shoulder Press (115/75)

800m Run

18 Unbroken Strict Shoulder Press

800m Run

15 Unbroken Strict Shoulder Press

***200m Run penalty to be completed any time the Strict Press is broken.***

Notes:

25 Minute Time Cap.

Barbell may only be rested in the front rack position.

Penalty Run any time the bar touches the ground.

If you drop the bar after rep 10 you will take the

200m Run penalty and then begin rep 11 when you return.
