In just makes 6 weeks, you’ll be led step-by-step to get diet CONFIDENCE and CLARITY in your nutrition to get the results you want.

This awesome 6 week program begins with an orientation live or online at Health and Wellness Fair Jan 3rd.

Week 1 – PreGAME – we will be setting goals, clearing out your pantry and getting our heads in the game.

Weeks 2-5 will be GAMETIME.  You will be taking on the #800gChallenge® by OptimizeMe Nutrition.  We will also offer a more advanced option called “Lazy Macros” for those of you that want to include protein intake in your challenge.

Finally week 6 will be our Wrap up week where we will reflect on the challenge, learn to hold on to our progress, and continue crushing it in the future!
